• ■Our staff only speak Japanese, so it is difficult to communicate customers who speak any other languages other than Japanese.
  We regret that we may have to decline reservations from customers who have difficulty communicating in Japanese or who have registered an overseas telephone number or address in their reservation information, making it difficult to contact them in advance.
  
  ■当コースには日本語以外に対応できるスタッフが常駐しておりません。
  誠に勝手ながら、日本語でのコミュニケーションが困難なお客様、御予約者情報で海外のお電話番号・ご住所が登録されており、
  事前のコンタクトが困難なお客様に関しましては、ご予約をお断りさせて頂く可能性が御座いますので、予めご了承ください。

  ■We will be unable to accept reservations from overseas customers who have not registered
  their mobile phone number or email address and who are unable to be contacted by the golf course.
  ■If you arrive at the golf course late on the day of play.
  We will make adjustments so that you can play 18 holes as much as possible,
  but even if you are only able to play 9 holes, you will still be charged the play fee for 18 holes.

  キャンセル規定とは

• 予約が成立した時点において、以下のキャンセル料が発生します。
  
  ■キャンセル料について
  2026年3月1日より、平日・土日祝ともプレー日の7日前以降キャンセルされた場合、キャンセル料をご予約者様へＳＭＳにて請求いたします。1組平日8000円・土日祝10000円。日程の変更やコンペの組数減も請求対象となります。
